For delivery on our Hygienic Wall Cladding range we aim to work on a next working day service provided the order is placed before 1:00pm, this is dependant on the quantity and delivery area. Orders over 50 kg will require a pallet service for delivery, offloading is down to the consumer to arrange and sufficient aid must be present. (Forklift Preferable) On event of being unable to deliver a further pallet charge will need to be applied.

All Multi-Panel, Perform Panel & Wetwall ranges including ceiling and flooring will be delivered direct on the manufactures own vehicle and you will be given an exact delivery day which we aim to be 3 -5 working days from the day of order, however if the order consists of specials i.e, cut to size, finished edges or tongue & grooved the delivery time will be increased to 10 - 14 working days.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the product weight, length and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Any time or date specified by the company for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only and we shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery.
If for any reason the client is unable to accept delivery at the time when the goods are due or shall fail to give delivery instructions to the company, the company shall if its storage facilities permit, store the goods and take all reasonable steps to prevent their deterioration until their actual delivery. The client will be liable for all reasonable costs of storage and aborted delivery of ordered goods.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they have been used, cut or are not in there original condition.  

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for an alternative. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
